Learn the basics of how to make cider with a focus on tips and tricks for working with cold hardy fruit. Take a guided tasting of local juices to learn about how different fruit impacts fermentation and cider character.
The class runs from 7pm to 9pm at a location in central Edmonton (registered students will be sent the address).
